STATEMENT OF WORK {SOW)
1. SCOPE: Provide, install, and test the operational capability of, one (1) ACS VS, one (1) IDS
VS, one (1) Vindicator Badge Manager Workstation, eight (8) Balanced Magnetic Switches (BMS), two (2) Magnasphere High Security Sensor HSSL2SOOO, seven (7) Passive Infrared
Detectors (PID), two (2) hardwire duress buttons, nine (9) card readers, and tie in the already existing BMS on the hatch of the Single-Channel, Anti-jam, Man-Portable (SCAMP) to the IDS system. The VS's must be located in a locked container armed with a tamper. Power must be located inside the panel and in conduit. Additionally, CAT 5/CAT 6 must be ran to the communications switch in conduit. All installed equipment must function properly with current Vindicator system. A portion of the building (Rooms 27, 29, 30 thru 41 and 14) has a back-up generator connected that the UPS system is tied into. The UPS circuit with a dry contact output module is located in Room 39.
2. MATERIALS: Contractor will provide and install all items listed.
For building 490 I main entrance door 1.1, install one (I) HID Prox Pro 5355 card reader w/keypad, one (I) HES door strike, two (2) General Electric (Sentrol) model 2707 A BMS, and one (1) Bosch DS 939 PIR (Volumetric). Door 1.1 is a Full Glass, Aluminum material & anodized finish. Door 1.1 frame is an Aluminum storefront entrance and anodized finish.
Conduit from the key pad location to the above ceiling is pre-existing.
For building 4901 Man trap room 26 door 26.1, install two (2) HID Prox Pro 5355 card reader w/ keypads, and one (1) HES door strike (lock safe) and one (1) General Electric (Sentrol) model
2707 A BMS. Door 26.1 is a flush door with solid core wood and stain finish. Door 26.1 frame is a hollow metal material and painted finish. Conduit from the key pad location to the above ceiling is pre-existing.
For building 4901 man trap room 26 door 26.2, install, install two (2) HID Prox Pro 5355 card reader w/ keypads, one (1) HES door strike (lock safe), one (1) General Electric (Sentrol) model
2707A BMS and one (1) Bosch DS 939 PIR (Volumetric). Door 26.2 is a flush door with hollow metal material and painted finish. Door 26.2 frame is a hollow metal material and painted finish.
Conduit from the key pad location to the ceiling is pre-existing.
For building 4901 room 32 (EA Cell), install two (2) HID Prox Pro 5355 card reader w/ keypads, one (1) HES door strike (lock safe), one (1) General Electric (Sentrol) model 2707A BMS, one
(1) tamper alarmed panel and one (1) Honeywell Vindicator IDS VS, one (1) tamper alarmed panel and one (1) Honeywell Vindicator ACS VS, one (1) tamper alarmed panel with six (6)
MR-50 boards, one (1) Vindicator Badge Manager (Win 7 64 bit), one (1) Honeywell
Vindicator Command and Control annunciator (VCC), and two (2) Honeywell ADEMCO 269R duress buttons installed under the console. Door 32 is a Dutch Door with 6" deep stainless steel shelf and solid core wood and stain finish. Door 32 Frame is a hollow metal material with painted finish.
For building 4901 room 29, install one (1) Bosch DS 939 PIR (Volumetric), and one (1) General
Electric (Sentrol) model 2707A BMS (door 29.2). Door 29.2 is a flush solid core wood door and stained finish. Door 29 .2 Frame is a hollow metal frame with painted finish.
