1. Who is the incumbent contractor?
T Square Logistics Services Corporation 1625 Tuskegee Place, Unit 170 Colorado Springs, CO, 80915
2. Please confirm the following Wage Determination is officially incorporated into the RFP: Wage Determination 2015-5391, Revision 1 dated 01/25/2017.
Yes, although this is subject to change if the Wage Determination is updated by the Department of Labor prior to award. If there are changes, a formal amendment will be issued against the solicitation.
3. What is the value of the final option period of the current contract?
$182,202.16
4. When does the final option period of the current contract expire?
30 September 2017
5. Does the government furnish any snow and ice removal equipment or supplies such as shovels, snow blowers, plows or truck with plows, salt, ice melts, etc.?
The governemt supplies 2 snow blowers and snow plow attachment for a forklift, everything else is the contractor’s responsibility.
6. Reference RFP: The released solicitation does not contain a local area Wage Determination or Collective Bargaining Agreement. Please provide the applicable document for offeror review.

7. Reference PWS Paragraph 1.3 .5: The paragraph states that PRs are to be processed within two hours ofreceipt and a file established for each FP or WT. How are these PRs to be received by our staff?
The PRs will be sent to the Contractor’s work load electronically in TRIRIGA.
Authorization to process will be received via email or telephone.
8. Reference PWS Paragraph 1.3.14: The paragraph states that the Contractor will manage residue material. Does the Contractor have the responsibility for confirming material on hand will meet a FP /WT requirement prior to processing a PR for material?
The Contractor has the responsibility of notifying the craftsman that a possible residue item is available on hand for a FP/WT. The craftsman makes the determination if the item will satisfy the requirement on the PR.
9. Reference PWS Paragraph 1.3 .15: The paragraph states that the Contractor will offload material using a forklift as needed. Is the forklift a Government furnished item?
No
10. Reference PWS Paragraph 1.3 .17: The paragraph outlines Contractor responsibility of Government property; however, it is silent on whether the Contractor loads or delivers property to DLADS. Does the Contractor have any loading/delivery responsibility?
Yes, all.

Are the equipment/supplies/vehicles necessary for processing and delivery provided as Government-furnished items?
No
12. Reference Paragraph 1.6.5: The paragraph outlines the requirement for a neat appearance and easy recognition as a Contractor. Does a name tag meet the Government's intent for recognition?
Yes
13. Reference PWS Paragraph 3.1: The facilities provided by the Government are listed in the paragraph. Does the Government allow the Contractor to close a customer service area to allow access to the bulk storage warehouse (Bldg 410) as needed to allow issue of materials?
The contractor is required to cover all service areas of the contract.
14. Reference PWS Paragraph 3.2.2: The paragraph states the contractor shall submit such requests through the COR to the COR Supervisor for approval/disapproval. Does this include printer cartridges, paper, etc. for Government provided ADPE? Are these items provided by the Government?
The government will supply.
15. Reference PWS Paragraph 3 .10.1: The paragraph states that paved parking and storage areas are to be free of snow and ice. What is the size of the parking and storage areas that are to be cleared?
Building 471 – Paved outside storage 30’x140’, loading ramp 21’x45’; Building 220-sidewalks 17’x20’, 156’x5’, Parking Area 19’x48’, paved outside storage 20’x60’; Building 410 – Loading Ramp 12’x22’.
