Mission Essential Contractor Services 11 Feb 2016
1. All portions of the Statement of Work are considered essential contractor services, with exception of the paragraph 1.8, Paint/Appearance.
2. Reference DFAR 252.237-7023(c)(3), Contractor shall not be required to participate in training events, exercises and drills. This does not preclude response, i.e. FPMIs, service calls, or repairs, during such events.
3. Crisis situations includes inclement weather.
