SUMMARY OF CHANGES

The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1. Update to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation

2. Answer the following questions:

Q: As our quote would provide porters (feet-on-ground) thru the weekend service, would the base permit our staff to use the small electric cars?

A: No, all operations are on the airfield Electric carts would not be necessary.

Q: If no base cart use is allowed, what would be the process (after entry gate inspection) for the use of non-military company owned electric carts?

A: All operations are within the airfield and electric carts are not necessary.

Q: As the event is open to the public, will base personnel escort our water truck/s to assist in navigating thru the crowd (empty all latrines & VIP trailer)?

A: Yes

Q: Is the VIP trailer reserved to a specific group like pilots, VIP invites? (AKA not for general public use) A: No

Q: For our feet-on-ground staff porters working normal public show hours (900-1600?), will they be required to be listed on the Pass & Registration NCOIC?

A: There will be an Entry Authorization List (EAL) created that all workers will need to be put on.

Q: For VIP Trailer/s will badges & wristbands be issued to Vendor staff prior to start of show hours?

A: Not needed

Q: Are any of the units (Latrines -or- VIP Trailer) located close to the tarmac that would require base escort for our service personnel and vehicles?

A: No

Q: In servicing multiple service points thru out the base, our staff typically communicates thru walkie talkies. Is this permitted on base?

A: Yes

Q: If walkie talkies for vendors, what channel are restricted? (Our staff typically uses channel 10) A: Channel 10 is acceptable.

Fill out blocks 15a, 15b, and 15c and provide a copy with your proposal.
