SECTION 4 – First Aid Measures

SAFETY DATA SHEET: Breakthrough®

Emergency and First-Aid Procedures:

Eye Contact: Flush with water for at least 15 minutes.

Skin: In case of skin contact, remove any contaminated clothing and wash thoroughly with soap and water.

Inhalation: If overcome by vapor, remove from exposed area and call physician immediately.

Ingestion: DO NOT induce vomiting; call physician immediately. If ingested, material may be aspirated into the lungs and cause chemical pneumonitis. Treat appropriately.

If conditions persist, get medical attention.

SECTION 5 - Fire Fighting Measures

Flash point: 150°F PMCC

Flammable Limits: - LEL: .8% UEL: 7%

Autoignition Temperature: 635°F

Extinguishing Media: Foam, water spray (fog), dry chemical, carbon dioxide. Straight stream of water is inappropriated estinguishing media.

Special Fire Fighting Procedures: Wear air supplied breathing equipment for enclosed and confined spaces or as otherwise needed. Use water to cool container. Water may not extinguish the fire.

Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazards: None known.

Persistence and degradability:

This material is expected to biodegrade at a moderate rate and be ‘inherently’ biodegradable. This product can degrade rapidly in air.

Bio-accumulation: Product is not expected to bioaccumulate. No acute toxicity to aquatic organisms is expected at the maximum water solubility of this product.
