Q: Does the Contractor need to provide laptops or is the 55 ISS supplying them?
A: Yes, as stated in section I of the SOW, "contractor shall provide all labor, instructor equipment, computer/laptop set‐up." This means they provide the equipment and the set‐up, this will mitigate us damaging or breaking any of our systems on the DoD network.

A: Yes
Q: Certification exams: Are we to issue the vouchers so the students can schedule on their own or are we expected to administer/proctor the exams at end of class?
A: Yes, students will be expected to schedule the exams on their own following the class.
Q: Can you please give us an idea of what specifically the customer environment is and what aspects of Linux/CompTIA they are looking for training in?
A: Customer environment is various beginner knowledge levels. I need members to understand how to handle files, directories, command line and documentation, operating running systems, creating/configuring file systems, packet filtering and configuring system logging including remote logging are some of the focus goals for attending such a course.
Q: Is there a business objective that the program is supporting and if so, can you please share that or would the program want generic training?
