Flooring Removal/Installations

Q: After contract is awarded, how long do we have to start the project?

A: 2-3 weeks after award to give us time to coordinate with the customer.

Q: Can more than one building be worked on at a time and progress through?

A: Yes, with coordination through CE at least 10 days prior.

Q: How do I obtain a yearly pass without checking in every day?

A: A base pass will be issued after award and will remain in effect throughout the entire contract period of performance.

Q: Are subcontractors allowed? And what percentage?

A: Subcontractors are at Contractor’s discretion.

Q: Can we progress bill each building or is it only complete project bill?

A: You are allowed to progress bill after completing each CLIN and acceptance is completed by CE.

Q: Are buildings 130/131 combined total?

A: Yes

Q: Is there an elevator in Bldg 156 to get a machine up that will be needed to remove tile on the second floor to tear out the VCT?

A: An elevator is available in Building 156.
