Questions and Answers:
1) During the site visit we noticed some of the locations have different sized containers than stated in the PWS. For example: Station 1501; Can the Government identify any other locations where the container size has changed?
a. B1501 is the only location that has changed container sizes. The change wasn’t updated in the PWS because it was so close to the refuse site visit. All other container locations and sizes are up to date.
2) Should price proposals we valid till 1 October? The Solicitation currently states 10 October.
a. The 10 October date is correct
3) Can an offeror substitute its past performance CPAR instead of a completed questionnaire?
a. An offeror can submit a CPAR in addition to the questionnaire but not in place of.
4) The PWS Table A3 show Saturday pickup while the PWS 4.2 states contract performance is only from Monday-Friday during normal duty hours. Please confirm which is correct?
a. The current pickup schedule is Tuesday – Saturday however, that schedule was proposed by the incumbent. We’ll revise the PWS to include Saturdays.
5) Who is the incumbent contractor? What is the current contract # and the total value of the contract?
a. The incumbent contractor is RPJ Waste Services under contract FA4497-17-C-0015 and the value is approximately $1.9M
6) Is there any scope of work/PWS changes compared to the incumbent contract in place?
a. With the exception of one dumpster change, the scope of work is the same.
