SUBJECT: FA449719RA044, Project No. 1076526, Industrial Washer and Dryer Installation (B515), 20 August 2019, Site Visit Meeting Minutes

1. A site visit was held at 10 AM on 20 August 2019 for the Industrial Washer and Dryer Installation project at Dover AFB, building 515. The site visit was attended by the contractors listed above. The following is a brief summary of the site visit:
a. An overview of the project statement of work was discussed and instructions to provide all questions via email was provided to attendees. Contractors were escorted from the facility entrance to the mechanical rooms. After inspecting the mechanical rooms contractors were escorted into the warehouse area to the men and women’s restrooms. Contractors were asked if there were any other areas they would like to visit. No other areas were requested. At the end of the site visit contractors were reminded questions are due 21 August, 4 PM EDT and proposals are due 3 SEP 2019, 2 PM EDT.
2. The foregoing is believed to be an accurate summary of the site visit and will stand for the record.
