About this file
This document contains questions and responses regarding Solicitation Number FA445223Q0027 for a 10-Stall Latrine Trailer Rental for a period of six months by the Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command. There is no incumbent for this requirement, as it is a new solicitation. Offerors may propose either a single 10-stall trailer or a combination of a 9-stall trailer and separate 2-stall ADA compliant trailer, as long as the 9-stall trailer meets all specifications including separate male and female entrance/exits split between five to six male toilets/urinals and three to four female toilets. The trailer will support operations with 120 personnel divided over three shifts on a 24/7 basis. Pricing should be proposed as a single rate for the trailer configuration.

Rental of 10-Stall Latrine Trailer with Ancillary Services
Questions and Responses (rev 8/23/2023) New questions/responses highlighted in yellow
Q1) May I have the last awarded amount for the above NOTICE ID?
R1) This is a new requirement that has not been solicited for before.
Q2) The trailer requirements state that the trailer must be ADA compatible; however, my supplier does not carry a 10 stall trailer in their fleet that is ADA compliant. Would a 10 stall restroom trailer with a handicap accessible portable restroom outside be acceptable?
R2) Yes, that would be an acceptable solution.
Q3) . Is there an incumbent Vendor? If so, please provide incumbent info along with contract number, and total value?
R3) There is no incumbent, refer to R1).
Q4) What is the prospective date of delivery?
R4) This information is in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document, refer to paragraph (vi).
Q5) I'd like to know how many people are expected to use the restroom trailer each day on average for the duration of the rental?
R5) The restroom trailer will be supporting 24-hour/7-day operations. It will be utilized by 120 personnel divided over 3 shifts.
Q6) Our 10-stall Trailer is ready at our warehouse, but it does not have the ADA compliant feature. We have 9 Stall and 2 stall trailers that have the ADA Compliant feature , we would need to provide these two Stall trailers for the same price as a 10 Stall Trailer , Would the offer for two separate trailers be acceptable? Please let me know if that would work for you.
R6) As long as the 9-stall trailer has separate male and female entry/exit doors, with either a 5-4 or 6-3 male to female stall split (5-6 male toilets/urinals and 3-4 female toilets), then the 9-stall and 2-stall ADA compliant trailers would be an acceptable solution as long as the 9-stall trailer meets all other SOW requirements.
