STATEMENT OF WORK

Installation of the FIRECOM integrated communication systems

Altus AFB, Oklahoma

Altus AFB Fire Emergency Service (AAFB,FES)

July 10, 2015

1. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to provide services to install, test and train firefighters on the FIRECOM integrated communication systems. Installation of the equipment will be performed at the customer designated location on Altus AFB, Altus OK, 73523 Building 267.

2. The contractor shall coordinate with the Authorized Government Representative to determine a schedule for servicing the vehicles.

3. If special equipment is needed or other circumstances require the work to be done at the contractors’ facility, and this is agreed to by the Authorized Government Representative, the

Government will deliver the vehicles to the contractor facility and pick them up when the work is completed. Due to the limit on the amount of time when the vehicles may be off the installation and out of service for emergency response, the driving distance to the contractor facility shall not exceed a ten mile radius from Altus AFB, OK.

4. The Contractor shall train the Government personnel IAW Motorola radio systems operating procedure. The training shall consist of a onetime briefing no longer than 30 minutes for up to 6 personnel and shall cover the different functions and procedures for the FireCom system.
