Q1. The Government did provide quantities on the Performance Work Statement document for the rooms to be re-floored. Were these quantities taken off of these drawings?
A1. Quantities were arrived at based upon dimensions of the rooms within the drawings and independently estimated by a third party.
Q2. Another thing we noticed was that with the odd shapes of some of the rooms, the requested 3% attic stock/overage quantity may not be enough. Would the Government like to up this percentage to 10%?
A2. No.
Q3. Are ALL prospective offerors expected to rely on the quantities that were given on the Performance Work Statement document for proposal purposes?
A3. Contractors are expected to utilize the drawings and quantities in the PWS to develop their proposal.
