JBSA Lackland, TX SWTS Strength and Conditioning Equipment
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Cutoff date for contractor questions is 10:00AM CST, 22 June 2021.
Question 1: Will it be required that all equipment be delivered at one time in order to provide a single source of inventory, versus having multiple shipments show up over the course of weeks or even months?
Government Response: Multiple shipments is acceptable.
Question 2: Will there be a POC with SWTSS onsite to help stage or place the gear after delivery and/or assembly?
Government Response: Yes
Question 3: Will past performance be considered in evaluation of the bid submissions?
Government Response: Past Performance will not be considered in the evaluation of the bid submission.
All submitted quotes will be evaluated IAW with ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION – COMMERICIAL ITEMS ADDENDUM (OCTOBER 2014) of the solicitation.
Question 4: How will substitutions be deemed unacceptable if an equal or better than product is proposed?
Government Response: Substitutions will need to be presented to end user to make a determination if it is truly an acceptable sub.
