Un/Loading Dock 36’ 16’

RAMP

RAMP

10’ 10’ 30’ 30’

Structure will include a handrail at 30” or higher. Handrail is required, chains should not be used as a rail. Handrails need to be removable. A safety net may be used where the trucks back up to, when the dock is not in use, instead of a railing (easily removable for usage of the truck dock/s).

Ramp/dock GVW rating should be between 30,000 lbs. and 60,000 lbs.

(preferably closer to 60,000lbs)

Dock will be capable of accommodating up to three trucks at once with rubber bumpers in place.

Needs to meet or exceed all AFOSH/OSHA safety requirements.

If the deck height is adjustable, manual methods to raise or lower it is desired. We do not want electric or hydraulic features.

Easy to assemble/disassemble in case it needs to be relocated at a later time. Three main pieces, 1 dock and 2 separate ramps that can be attached together to make one big apparatus.

This is a multi-purpose ramp/dock! It will be used to on/offload 18 wheelers and flatbed trucks with palletized cargo and supplies, and items like trailers, generators and etc. utilizing forklifts and vehicles equipped to tow. It will also be used to transfer large vehicles such as MRAP’s, MATV’s and ERV’s (Emergency Response Vehicles).

Deck height of the on/offloading dock should be 48” from the ground.
