Solicitation FA3016-19-Q-A050, Amendment A0001
Q1. As long as we adhere to the Times New Roman 12-point font requirement, can we submit our proposal in PDF format?
A1. Please only use Microsoft Word/Excel to submit your documents.
Q2. Should we submit the Contractor Past Performance Questionnaires via email to Contract Specialist, Ms. Jennie Frantum, at jennie.frantum@us.af.mil with a courtesy copy to Contracting Officer, Mr. Gary Beck, at gary.beck@us.af.mil?
A2. Yes, please include both parties listed in Section L-7.
Q3. Should we submit the Technical Volume, Schedule, and Price to Contract Specialist, Ms. Jennie Frantum, at jennie.frantum@us.af.mil with a courtesy copy to Contracting Officer, Mr. Gary Beck, at gary.beck@us.af.mil?
A3. Yes, please include both parties listed in Section L-7.
Q4. Would you please provide a list of the contractual documents, if any, we should submit with our proposal (e.g., SF 1449, Representations, Certifications, etc.)?
A4. Quoters are to submit the documents required by Section L along with a signed copy of the 1449 and any amendments.
Q5. Would you please clarify the level of effort/number of hours for support you'd like for the installation observation and assistance portion of the work that will occur after the 24 hours (3 days) of training?
A5. The contractor shall provide 2 (two) continuous calendar days of on-site installation, configuration, and deployment assistance immediately after the training is complete. The contractor shall provide assistance during the Government's normal hours of operation, which remain as 0730-1630 local time, Monday-Friday less federal holidays or Executive Order holidays. Please see the updated Statement of Need, 1.1.2. Installation Assistance and Training.
Q6. Is there a specific level of effort/number of hours for on-site support after installation and configuration are complete?
