The Purpose of This Amendment Is: The purpose of this amendment is to:

Miscellaneous text in this section has been modified to:
Questions & Answers - Demo Recycle Center
1. What contents stay in the building or grounds for our disposal?
a. All contents inside building must be removed/disposed during demolition.
2. How far back do we dead head the utilities from the building?
a. Refer to attached drawing.
3. What size of crushed limestone? (example 610)
a. Minimum size of crushed limestone should be 3/4 inch.
4. Has the asbestos been located in the building?
a. Yes, Refer to the attached shop print drawing for locations
5. On the 260LF of 8ft tall Rohn privacy fencing is there any gates?
a. No.
6. Can we get a copy of the sign-in sheet for the site visit?
a. A copy of the sign-in sheet was posted to FBO on 21 Oct 2019.
7. The SOW in paragraph 4.0 d) states to coordinate with Vectrus to cut and cap utility lines. Does that still apply to the electrical lines as City Light and Power now "owns" the power distribution system?
a. Yes. Contractor must coordinate with City Light and Power (CLP) with cutting and capping electric lines.
8. Can an Electrical contractor still cap the electrical lines (in coordination with either Vectrus or City Light), or will that actually be performed by City Light?
a. Contractor must supply electrical contractor to cut and cap lines.
9. The SOW in paragraph 4.0 e) references 390 SF of 4 inch tall mastic adhesive under wall trim, but the plans do not clearly represent where the asbestos containing materials actually are? Is there an Asbestos Survey (Report) on the building and if so, can it be made available?
a. Refer to the attached shop print drawing that shows locations of asbestos. This drawing came from the report.
10. If there is a survey and it is available, this question may be answered, but if not: Is the mastic the only asbestos containing material in Building 4004? Some of the old floor tile and fabric covered wiring looks as if they could be asbestos containing.

11. Please verify that there is no lead paint in the building.
a. Lead readings was below the regulated levels in accordance the survey completed in 2009
12. SOW 4.0 f) Demolish and remove 50LF--25 on each of the building and on the south west end. It is a precast stone wall--is that what is supposed to be demoed?
a. Yes.

13. SOW 4.0 o) It states to apply two coats of paint on the fencing around the yard. Can't Be Beat Fence has spoken to BaSteel the Manufacturer and they have stated that you cannot paint that fence the coating does not allow paint to stick.
a. See answer to question #14.
14. The color of Keesler is not bronze all fence around there is canyon Brown. BaSteel does do a Bronze color. Please advise.
a. Contractor must color match proposed fencing as closely as possible to existing using available product.
15. The existing fence style at Bldg. 4004 is Shadow Box not a Privacy. Should the new fencing to match existing or there or go with a complete Privacy?
a. Match existing and install Shadow Box fencing.
16. Besides Water and Power, are there any Natural Gas lines?
a. See attached drawing.
17. Will there be any further clarification on the materials and quantities that are Asbestos Containing Materials as indicated in the SOW?
a. See attachment and Addendum
18. Can the Asbestos Survey be released?
a. Yes, see attachment
