FA2823-23-Q-A024 – Crawler Excavator Consolidated Requests for Information As of 18 May 2023

Question 1): With respect to the warranty attachment it appears that would only be valid after an award is made since there is no contract number at this point. Please advise

Response 1): The source of repair form needs to be submitted with the offer, in accordance with DFARS guidance.

Offerors can leave the contract # blank and just complete the source of repair information in the table. Notice that I had the 252.246-7006 clause, but not the corresponding provision 252.246-7005 listed in the RFQ; this has been revised.
