CRAWLER EXCAVATOR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT DOCUMENT
REQUIREMENT: One (1) Crawler mounted Excavator, Brand New
Provide a Crawler mounted excavator with 36-inch heavy duty bucket with the following specifications:
• Net Rated Power 250 - 275 hp
• Off-Level Capacity 70% (35 deg.)
• Aspiration Series turbocharged, air-to-air charge-air cooler
• Cooling: Electric, on-demand cooling fans standard

There shall be a manufacturer approved repair facility/vendor within 300 miles of Eglin AFB, FL 32542
O&M Manuals:
- A complete copy of the Operation and Maintenance Manual will be required for the excavator and each of the attachments. The manuals shall include instructions on the installation, operation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and warranty. They shall also include diagrams listing all system components, part numbers, and a list of recommended spare parts. All manuals must be in the English language.
- Also included shall be the name, phone and fax numbers, and email address of the manufacturer and a distributor where spare parts can be purchased.
Warranties:
All parts, labor, and workmanship shall be covered by a minimum of 2 years or 2,000 operating hours warranty, whichever comes first. The standard commercial warranty shall pay for parts and labor cost incurred on failed covered components. The contractor shall thoroughly test the entire system and all attachments prior to delivery.
The warranty shall commence upon the date of acceptance by the Government.
Extended Warranty Option: Request an option for an additional warranty for 1 year or 1,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. This option would be exercised at the time of award.
1. The excavator, all associate attachments and equipment must be manufactured to meet or exceed industry regulation standards. No used or refurbished equipment is requested; items must be brand new. There is a preference for a domestic end product (US made product).
2. Delivery and Acceptance inspection is FOB destination. The excavator must have a Technical Drawing and
Specification package to include a Certificate of Origin with a Bill of Lading that includes VIN numbers and/or a tag/tag # IAW Florida transportation laws.
3. Delivery period of the excavator and documentation package is 240 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

6. Delivery Instructions: Contact Mr. Brad Prescott, 850-882-1534 a minimum of twenty four (24) hours prior to any shipment under this Solicitation if award is made. All the above parties may be contacted between the hours of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Note that no delivery can be accepted after 2:00 PM weekdays or on weekends.
