1. Is this project related to the work Corvias is doing? No.

2. If not, does disabled veteran small companies qualify for the Competitive 8(a) classification? No

3. Who is the incumbent? Dorado Services

4. Do you require bid bonds on any of the projects that get bid at Eglin Air Force

Base? This will be part of the solicitation.

5. How can I find out about liquidated damages? This will be part of the solicitation.

6. Are there going to be any further plans or bid documents available prior to the bid date? The solicitation will have all of the necessary documents.

7. If not, do we submit a proposal on our own letterhead? Proposal submittal will be addressed in the solicitation.

8. Are you the persons we should contact if we have questions regarding the specifications for this project? Yes.

9. Will a response including a Teaming Agreement, that includes past performance for both parties, be acceptable for above solicitation? This acquisition is limited to 8(a) certified firms serviced by or have an approved bona fide office within the geographical boundaries of the Small Business Administration’s SBA) Region IV which consists of

Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and

Tennessee. Your company will still have to be considered and qualify as a 8(a) certified firm serviced in the geographical boundaries identified above. We highly recommend that you contact the local SBA office at 850-882-2843 to ensure you meet the requirements to be considered. If the offeror intends to fulfill the requirements of this solicitation in a teaming arrangement or joint venture, the offeror must provide complete information as to the arrangement, including a list of any relevant and recent past/present performance information on previous teaming arrangements or joint ventures with the same teaming or joint venture partner. If this is a first time joint effort, each party to the arrangement must provide a list of past and present contracts.

10. Did I overlook the bid schedule and the full solicitation; are they to be provided later? The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the Federal Government’s

Electronic Posting System (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about 14 August 2013.

No response to this notice is necessary and no source list will be maintained.

11. Would you allow us to provide you with a capabilities presentation for the purpose of utilizing the 8(a) sole source contracting method? No, we do not feel it is in the best interest of the Government to award sole-source and we are not able to do so per FAR part 19.805-1(a).

12. Any idea when the site visit will occur? We anticipate around the end of August. This information will be posted in the solicitation when it comes out.
