Oil Water Separator Synopsis/Solicitation, Questions & Answers
1. Question: Can we arrange to do multiple cleanings at one time? e.g., all the annual x 1 to be done at same time? And then a 50g and a 2000g grease trap set up on the same day monthly?
Answer: Yes, that is up to the contractor.
2. Question: Do you have an actual number of gallons from last year?
Answer: Oil Water Separators: 38,700 gallons. Grease Traps: 10,000 gallons.
3. Question: Does CES/CEAN do the testing? So that we would just need to confirm with them before work is scheduled that all testing is clear? If not, do we need to make a charge for testing and have our crew do it?
Answer: Yes, our environmental section tests. The contractor is advised of test results. The contractor does not test.
