1Q. How many tanks are included, (1) 200K and (1) 400k are discussed but the tank list shows (3) fire water and (1) elevated water tank?
1A. 200K tank is currently offline. The four in App A are currently included in this RFQ
2Q. Which tanks are potable water?
2A. 400k elevated tank is potable
3Q. Para 1.5.4 calls for Bacteria testing after tank inspections. Who is responsible for collecting the water samples from the tanks?
3A. KTR is responsible for sampling/testing
4Q. Para 1.2.2 mentions "leak survey" is this for underground fuel or water piping?
4A. This pertains to underground water systems. Fuel systems and associated cathodics are maintained by the gov't.
