Question:
I wanted to clarify the proper way to dispose of sediment that is cleaned out of the water tank. In years past, diving companies have disposed of sediment in a nearby storm drain. Is this still acceptable?
Answer:
No disposal into the Installation’s stormwater system, or any other system, will be acceptable.
Contractor will be responsible for testing/disposing as applicable federal/state/local laws dictate.
