Questions and Answers: The following is a list of questions that have been submitted or that were asked at the site visit.

Question: Is 0-10v diming required? If so is it the responsibility of the contractor to install new wall mounted switches?

Answer: Diming is not required.

Question: Do you know the current wattage of the 15 highbays listed?

Answer: We do not know the current wattage, please reference Tinker AFB, Electrical Standards.

Question: How many lights are required to be changed exactly?

Answer: During the site visit, the exact number of lights was determined. This is reflected in Amendment 02 to the solicitation

Question: Are the emergency lights being replaced as well?

Answer: No, only swapping out current lights listed mentioned in the solicitation with LED lighting.

Question: Wall mount lights in the bathroom, is retrofitting ok and not replacement?

Answer: Retrofitting is allowed for the 4 wall mount lights.

Question: Are wire cages required around the lights?

Answer: No.

Question: What working hours are available and are escorts needed daily?

Answer: Working hours will be 0730 to 1630 daily. Any requests to work hours outside of 0730 to 1630 will need to be coordinated with the Contracting Officer and the request is not guaranteed to be granted. The end user is currently requesting that the awardee will be granted a temporary pass during the life of this contract.
