Contractor Q & A If awarded the contract, would we be able to stage on Friday and at least deliver work trailers and what not to be prepared to start work Monday?
A: This would be preferable. The government would like the contractor and facility manager to review the starting point for the work to be performed. Staging area is in the corridor behind door F with materials to be stored between the columns.
I know it was discussed not cleaning inside any of the contents however some workers there showed us visible growth inside some of their work stations (insides of cabinets) just want to verify EXTERIOR only.
A: The facility managers were instructed to leave any cabinets open, but cleared of contents if there is evidence of mold growth. If left open, but cleared a cabinet would be considered a I Is weekend work allowed since all of this will be done after duty hours? In effort to complete the job quicker A: Arrangements for weekend work can be coordinated with the facility managers.
