Questions/ Answers Q: Does the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under solicitation number F3PH317251G002 contain requirements similar to a current contract? Or, is this a new requirement for the government?
It is a new requirement.
Q: Can we get an extension on the 10/16 Response Date? Can it be 10 days?
It is not possible for us to extend our deadline 10 days, however, we are willing to extend it to the 18th of Oct 2017 allowing for 2 extra days.
Q: Do you have a schematic you can share for the setup of the equipment? We would like to see how long some of the various cable runs will be. Also for the desktop computer hardware requirements, specifically the video card (Geforce GT650), we are assuming if we can provide equivalent or better hardware than that would be ok?
We do not have a schematic at this time. You will be able to plug everything in right where the equipment is set up, so you will not have to run any cables. As for the computer hardware requirements, you may provide equivalent or better hardware as long as you annotate what equipment you intend to provide.
Q: Is there an interested tab on FBO where we can see all the contractors interested?
No, we did away with it.
Q: When is the award going to be?
We are hoping to award by 20 October 2017.
Q: Can there be an on-site visit once there is an award?
Yes there can be.
Q: Is there a hard date for set-up? Is there a hard date for completion?
As soon as possible. Obviously the 23rd will be hard to achieve. We will work with the awarded contractor on a hard date for set-up.
Q: What size and quality laminator is required?
Standard size laminator to laminate 8.5x11 in paper.
Q: For the wireless routers, how many users on each?
There will be a maximum of 100 people using the routers, about 20 at a time.
Q: Where will the 65’’ monitors be mounted on the walls? Is there a schematic?
There is no schematic at this time.
