1) The A-E-Submission Requirements document mandates a minimum 12 point, Times New

Roman font for narrative portions of the SF330. Due to the page limit requirements on both the resumes and the project summaries, we are concerned that the large 12 size font will limit the amount of information we can present. Would it be acceptable to change the requirement to size

10 point, Arial font style? We believe this would allow us to incorporate significantly more relevant information into the proposal.

Answer

A minimum size 10 point, Arial style font can be used throughout the document as requested.

2) File AE_IDIQ_Revised_4_Feb_13, page 5 requires a PPQ be submitted for each project submitted in Part I, Section F. Please advise if it is acceptable to submit PPQs filled out for previous proposals or ACASS evaluations in lieu of the PPQ included in this solicitation. Many of our Points of Contacts have already filled out formal ACASS evaluations and additional PPQs and are no longer willing to respond to PPQs.

Answer

The PPQ’s must be sent to this office directly from and by the agency evaluating your firm.

ACASS evaluations may be sent in but this does not alleviate the need to receive PPQ’s as required.

3) If it is acceptable to include previous PPQs or ACASS evaluations, we request they be excluded from both the Section H and overall page limits. Please advise if this is acceptable.

Answer:

The PPQs are to be sent directly to this office by the evaluating agency. They are not to be included in Section H and are not to be counted in the overall page limits. However, Section H must include all information as indicated in the synopsis for respective section.
