QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Question 2: Size of container?

Government Response: 8 feet wide by 40 feet long

Question 3: Condition of container?

Government Response: 1 time use container

Question 4: Container to be insulated?

Government Response: Yes, the walls and ceilings be insulated with R7 foam insulation or better within the space available with rigid, material that, in layers, provides maximum insulation value, reduces thermal bridging, and provides minimum 30 minutes of fire resistance

Question 5: Interior finish material?

Government Response: Insulated walls that will divide each connex into 3 rooms

Question 6: Flooring to be finished?

Government Response: Durable laminate flooring

Question 7: Electrical specifications?

Government Response: Containers must be able to connect to 220 volt or 208 volt power. Rooms will have an LED light with a switch and an outlet with 2-110V sockets

Question 8: Mechanical?

Government Response: Nothing will be mechanical (vice HVAC)
