1. All questions shall be in writing. Questions may be emailed to chris murphy@fws.gov.

2. Proposals must be received at this office not later than 1700/5:00 pm, April 29, 2016. Address: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services, 300 Westgate Center Drive, Hadley, MA 01035.

3. It is the contractor's responsibility that offer submitted, regardless of the method of transmission, is received in this office prior to the time and date specified for receipt of proposals. Proposals may be mailed to the address above, faxed to 413-253-8450, or mailed to the address above.

4. It is mandatory that the contractor complete registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov, to be eligible for award.

5. Contractor shall submit the following items by the closing date and time:

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Northeast Region 5, is issuing a Request for

Proposals (RFP) for Demolition/Removal of Four Buildings at the Wallkill River

National Wildlife Refuge located in Sussex County, New Jersey. The work under this project consists of supplying all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to demolish, salvage, reclaim, and properly dispose off site, four buildings (barns). Provide, place and compact fill material, top soil, and seed with native mix to restore sites to native habitat.

Project Magnitude: Between $25,000. and $100,000.

INSTRUCTIONS

1: This form is authorized for use when a bid guaranty is required. any deviation from this form will require the written approval of the Administrator of General Services.

2, Insert the full legal name and business address of the Principal in the space designated "Principal" on the face of the form. An authorized_ person shall sign the bond. Any person signing in a representative capacity (e.g., ab attorney-in-fact) must furnish evidence of authority if that representative is not a member of the firm, partnership, or joint venture, or an officer of the corporation involved.

3. The bond may express penal sum as a percentage of the bid price. In these cases, the bond may state a maximum dollar limitation (e.g., 20% of the bid price but the amount not to exceed dollars).

4. (a) Corporation executing the bond as sureties must appear on the Department of the Treasury's list of approved sureties and must act within the limitation listed therein. where more than one corporate surety is involved, their names and address shall appear in the spaces (Surety A, Surety B, etc.) headed "CORPORATE SURETY (IES)."
