About this file

This is an Express NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) Certification form dated September 14, 2020, required for merchants to certify compliance with Public Law 115-232 regarding covered telecommunications equipment and services. The form contains two key FAR provisions (52.204-24 and 52.204-26) that require merchants to represent whether they provide or use covered telecommunications equipment or services in the performance of any contract with the government.

The document is a template that requires merchants to complete representations by checking boxes to indicate if they will/will not provide covered telecommunications equipment/services and if they do/do not use such equipment or services. The form must be completed by an authorized representative of the merchant and returned to the GPC cardholder or Contract Specialist. This certification is associated with a Department of State solicitation (PR15139875) for the supply and delivery of tents.
