About this file

This is a Questions document related to an Oregon Lottery wellness app subscription procurement. The document appears to be a compilation of inquiries submitted during the solicitation process regarding the subscription-based wellness platform designed to support employee health, well-being, engagement, and wellness initiatives through a secure, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. The questions likely address clarifications on the Scope of Work, technical requirements, compliance standards, and other contract specifications necessary for prospective vendors to prepare competitive proposals.

The document serves as a reference tool for potential bidders to understand areas of ambiguity or concern raised during the procurement process. By consolidating these questions, the Oregon Lottery provides transparency regarding stakeholder inquiries and ensures all prospective vendors have access to the same information for developing their responses. This document would typically be made available to all registered bidders to promote fair competition and ensure consistent interpretation of procurement requirements across all submissions.
