This document is Exhibit 03 - Project Timeline for a workforce development data platform project by the Oklahoma Workforce Commission (OWC). The project is divided into two phases, spanning from May 2025 to June 2026, with key milestones including stakeholder assessment, data source integration, system architecture planning, dashboard development, and AI integration. The timeline includes critical deliverables such as presenting a system architecture plan on June 12, 2025, delivering a pilot dashboard environment by September 11, 2025, and completing a fully functional Phase 1 data platform with live dashboards by December 2025.

The project scope involves creating an integrated workforce development data platform with comprehensive features like automated data retrieval, data quality evaluation, dashboard design, and visualization tools. The proposer is required to host regular Advisory Committee sessions and provide monthly progress updates to the Oklahoma Workforce Commission. Phase 2 of the project, running from January to March 2026, will focus on stakeholder feedback, AI integrations, and culminate in a public launch of the fully realized project in June 2026. The contract emphasizes ongoing collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and iterative development of a data-driven workforce insights platform.
