TYR provides an 8% cash back incentive and $2,000 MSRP product voucher annually when the team achieves $300 per swimmer in annual sales, plus a $500 annual coach's apparel allowance. Pricing remains firm throughout the contract term unless industry-wide cost increases are documented and approved in writing.
