This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for civil engineering services issued by the State of Texas. The RFQ seeks qualified civil engineering firms to provide professional services in support of state infrastructure and development projects. The solicitation requests detailed proposals addressing project scope, methodology, staffing qualifications, and technical approach. Bidders are required to submit responses by the specified deadline, with the contract term and any renewal options to be determined based on project needs and performance evaluations. Site visits and pre-bid meetings may be scheduled to allow potential bidders to review project sites and obtain clarification on requirements.

The solicitation establishes pricing terms on a time-and-materials or fixed-fee basis, depending on the nature of the services and project specifications. Set-asides for disadvantaged business enterprises or historically underutilized business zones may apply in accordance with Texas state procurement policies. The funding source and total contract value are contingent upon project authorization and budget appropriation by the state. Interested vendors should verify current incumbent status and review all technical specifications, insurance requirements, and compliance obligations outlined in the full RFQ documentation.
