The issuance of this RFP does not obligate the District to replace any incumbent vendor or arrangement.

The District reserves the right to award contracts in a manner it deems most advantageous, including selection of a single vendor, multiple vendors, a lead vendor with approved subcontractors, or no award. Respondents may submit either a comprehensive proposal addressing all requested services or a modular proposal addressing specific service components. All responses must clearly define the proposed scope of services, any exclusions, key dependencies, and transparent pricing structures.
