About this file
This is an attachment to Request for Proposal RFP-731-26-005-SR issued by Texas Woman's University for service contractor pricing and response time requirements across three campus locations: Denton, Dallas, and Houston. The document establishes the pricing structure and service delivery expectations that bidders must address in their proposals. The contract will be firm-priced for the initial contract period, with the university retaining the option to extend the agreement beyond the initial term.
Bidders must submit hourly rates, after-hours rates, weekend rates, and holiday rates for each campus location, along with trip charge amounts and any applicable fuel surcharges. The proposal requires contractors to specify response times for standard non-urgent service calls, emergency calls, and weekend service at each of the three campuses. Should Texas Woman's University exercise an extension option, contractors agree to negotiate any requested price increases, provided they submit adequate documentation to support the increase and the total increase does not exceed 5% of the previous year's price. This pricing structure ensures cost control while allowing for reasonable adjustments based on operational documentation and constraints.
