The RFI solicits detailed information on fee structures (flat, asset-based, tiered, or other models), benchmarking methodologies, fiduciary status, and regulatory compliance history over the past ten years. While the document does not specify pricing terms or set-asides, it indicates that the City currently performs investment activities in-house and seeks external advisory services to support compliance, safety of principal, liquidity, yield objectives, investment policy review, cash flow analysis, performance measurement, reporting, and audit assistance. Responses should be submitted in PDF format to Jeremiah Zavala, Budget & Treasury Manager, at jvasquezzavala@eulesstx.gov or jjewell@eulesstx.gov.
