About this file
This is a procurement notification letter from the City of Liberty Hill, Texas, informing vendors of a change in the solicitation posting and submission platform. The City of Liberty Hill has transitioned its solicitation postings and vendor responses to the Bonfire e-procurement system. The City's Bonfire page is accessible at https://libertyhilltx.bonfirehub.com/. Interested parties are required to periodically monitor the City's Bonfire website for any solicitation updates prior to submitting responses. The letter emphasizes that vendors bear the responsibility for checking the website regularly, and failure to do so will not relieve selected vendors from compliance with addenda or additional requirements that may result in additional costs.
The letter, signed by Kelly Wenzel, Procurement Administrator, serves as notice that all future solicitation communications and updates will be posted exclusively on the Bonfire website. The City of Liberty Hill will not provide further communication beyond website updates and will not be held responsible for vendor notification outside this platform. All responses must be submitted through the Bonfire Portal.
