About this file

This is a procurement notification letter from the City of Liberty Hill, Texas, regarding the relocation of its solicitation posting and vendor response submission processes to the Bonfire e-procurement system. The City of Liberty Hill has transitioned all solicitations, updates, and vendor responses to the Bonfire Portal, accessible at https://libertyhilltx.bonfirehub.com/. The letter is addressed to all interested vendors participating in the Master Mobility Plan and Roadway Impact Fee Study contract opportunity. Vendors are required to monitor the City's Bonfire website regularly for any solicitation updates, addenda, or additional information prior to submitting their responses, as the City will not provide communications beyond website updates and will not be held responsible for vendors' failure to review these postings.

The letter establishes that it is the vendor's responsibility to maintain awareness of all changes to solicitation documents and requirements through periodic website reviews. Any addenda or supplemental information posted to the Bonfire platform may result in additional costs to meet project requirements, and vendors should account for this possibility in their proposals. The letter is signed by Kelly Wenzel, Procurement Administrator for the City of Liberty Hill, and directs all interested parties to the designated Bonfire portal for complete solicitation details and submission procedures.
