About this file

This is a procurement notice letter from the City of Liberty Hill, Texas, informing vendors of a change in solicitation procedures. The City of Liberty Hill has transitioned its solicitation posting and vendor response submission process to the Bonfire e-procurement system. All future solicitation documents, updates, and addenda will be posted on the City's Bonfire page at https://libertyhilltx.bonfirehub.com/. Vendors are responsible for regularly monitoring the Bonfire website for any modifications or addenda to solicitations prior to submission, as the City will not provide additional communication beyond website updates. Failure to check the website periodically does not relieve selected vendors from compliance with addenda or additional requirements that may result in increased costs.

This letter serves as formal notice that vendors must utilize the Bonfire Portal for all solicitation responses and must maintain awareness of the City's procurement page throughout the solicitation period. The letter was issued by Kelly Wenzel, Procurement Administrator for the City of Liberty Hill, and applies to all future contract opportunities posted by the municipality.
