NOAA AOC owns all equipment and property currently on-site at MacDill AFB with the exception of a small number of contractor-owned items in Building 44. These items will be removed from the building prior to the initiation of the move.
There are no elevators in any of the buildings. In Hangar 5, there are four (4) separate sets of stairways leading from the first to the second floor. There are also places in the railings on the second floor that can be removed to allow a crane/lift/etc. to lower items to the first floor.
