NHTSA IDIQ contract?
NHTSA Response: This solicitation does not relate to an IDIQ contract.
2. Question: This solicitation, under section B.2.2, identifies the Base Period of Performance as Months 1-40. Does this mean that NHTSA expects the Contractor to use a single direct labor rate over this entire period?

3. Question: Section “I.1 FAR 52.252-2 CLAUSES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE (FEB 1998)” on RFP page 5 incorporates the clause “52.222-41 SERVICE CONTRACT LABOR STANDARDS (MAY 2014).” This implies that this solicitation will result in a contract covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) thereby requiring all bidders to bid applicable SCLS rates for service employees. Please specify what are the wage determination(s) to be used?
NHTSA Response: This clauses was incorrectly included in the solicitation. This amendment hereby removes the clause from the solicitation.

NHTSA Response: This has yet to be determined as the requirement has not yet been awarded, and Offerors are encouraged to propose and justify the effort they believe is necessary to complete the work detailed in the solicitation.
6. Question: What is the total number of FTEs on the current contract?
NHTSA Response: This is a contract for a new requirement. As such, this data is not available.
7. Question: What is the total number of FTEs for the future requirement?
