Under the provisions of Part 91 of PA 451 1994, authority is hearby granted to the owner:

Work to be done under authority of this permit is subject to the following special restrictions, limitations, and instructions:

1 notify soil erosion officer when work begins - AND when site is stable

2 plan for storm water control to eliminate erosion

3 utilize existing natural systems when practicle to filter storm water before it reaches the Jordan River and its tributaries

4 install silt fences in areas that cannot be stabilized because of winter conditions where slope, soils or proximity to surface waters or wetlands could be impacted

5 prepare to go back in spring to follow up and ensure grass/stabilization measures are in place and robust
