B2 Pasture Fence Notes:

1) Red Line Indicates Pasture Fencing to be Replaced with new Pasture Fencing. The Length of new Pasture Fence is approximately 540.

2) Blue Line Indicates Pasture Fencing to be Replaced with Continuous Metal Fencing and Gate. The Length of new Continuous Metal Fence is approximately 110'.

3) Post are to be 5' above grade and 3' below grade set in concrete.

4) Corner post, gate hinge post, and the post located in approximately the center of the long runs are to be 8" post.

5) Install a removable section of Metal Fence to fit tight against Waterer that can be easily removed for maintenance.

2023 Campus Fencing

A7 Lot Fence Install

A7 Lot Fence Notes:

1) Install approximately 590 linear feet of new 5' high fence, five 4' gates, one 12' gate, and two 16' gates.

2) Post are to be 5' above grade and 3' below grade set in concrete.

3) Corner post, gate hinge post, and post in center of long run on east side are to be 8" post.

4) Install 6" Diagonal bracing on corner post and post in center of long run on east side of lot.

5) 12' and 16' Gates hinged on west end.

6) Reconnect existing pasture fence to new 8" corner post.

7) Contractor responsible for locating all underground utilities before installing new fence in new locations.
