Draft Statement of Work for Telemetry Data Processing Systems
1.0 PURPOSE
Procure, install and test two (2) Telemetry Data Processing Systems that handle a minimum of four(4) 40Mbps data stream used to process and display critical test mission telemetry data.
2.0 SCOPE
Purchase two (2) telemetry data processing with hardware capable of handling a minimum of four (4) 40Mbps data streams.
1. The data processing system must handle all forms of PCM data e.g. NRZ-L, RNRZ-L, BIO-L, Miller and etc. codes.
2. OS must be latest Windows 10/11.
3. Data processing timing system must accept IRIG B input at a minimum.
4. Data processing system must have data display capability and also interface with IADS display software.
5. Each data processing system must have the capability to support up to eight (8) client computers for data display purposes.
6. Each data processing system must have the ability to strip out data parameters from each data stream and combine the parameters into either a single programmable PCM data stream to be exported from the system or be an output parameter each that can be fed to a PCM generator (+ or – 10 volt) like the L-3 550 ADP cards to create a PCM data stream..
7. Data system must be able to import or export TMAT or XML files to build databases with.
8. Data system must meet IRIG 106 Chapter 4 Type 1&2 PCM stream decommutation, real time EU processing, and analysis.
9. Data system must have a Low Latency EU and Derived Processing and Data Distribution rates.
10. Data system must have a programmable PCM simulator/ encoder.
11. Data system must be operable at temperatures of 0 to +40 degrees C.
12. Data system must have removable drives.
13. Data system must be rack mountable.
14. Data and Clock inputs to Data System must be 75 ohm BNCs.
15. Data processing system must accept algorithms from other sources.
16. End user training must be provided/available.
17. Data system must work with SHB images.
18. Data system must be DISA STIG compatible.
19. Data system must have RMF compliance with NIST 800-52 Rev 4 and Rev5.
3.0 Location:
Equipment will be installed on Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico in a facility that requires security screening before access is granted
4.0 Training and Documentation
Vendor shall provide hands-on training for five (5) personnel and all applicable training materials and documentation.
