SUBJECT: Extension of Agreement for the Bridge Learning Management System

To whom it may concern, The University of Nebraska purchased and implemented the Bridge Learning Management System

(LMS) in the fall of 2020. The current term is set to expire in August 2023. This product is the first

LMS at the University utilized for the purposes of training its faculty, staff, and students. It’s allowed the

University to reach the entire University population efficiently and effectively with over 282,050 training courses completed since its implementation. Furthermore, Bridge provides the University with a mechanism to meet the training requirements identified in University policy such as Executive

Memorandum No. 16 and Executive Memorandum No. 44.

During the initial term, the University expended a considerable amount of effort and resources to ensure the success of Bridge. This includes but is not limited to establishing data feeds, HRIS and SIS integration, course/content development, and reporting capabilities. To fully realize the benefits of that effort, and to maintain operational continuity, I am requesting a three-year renewal for the Bridge LMS.

If you have any questions or require additional information, please let me know.

Thank you, Drew Nielsen
