If either parties’ obligations under this Agreement become impracticable of performance, wholly or in part, by Force Majeure, the party invoking this clause (“Invoking Party”) shall give prompt written notice to the Law School of the event of Force Majeure. The obligations of the Invoking Party shall then be suspended during the period of any inability so caused. Any attempt by either party to assign its rights or obligations hereunder without compliance with this section shall be void.
18. Severability. If any provisions of this Agreement or any portion thereof are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will still remain in force, and the
Parties agree to act in good faith to revise and replace any provisions or portion thereof held invalid with an enforceable provision which reflects, to the greatest extent possible, the original intention of the Parties.
