Leadership Is Making a Difference at a Time It Matters
Rising Tide Leadership Development Workshop Options:
The Working Genius Model: Preventing Burnout and Increasing Fulfillment The Working Genius is a novel assessment developed in 2020 by The Table Group. This productivity assessment looks at any work or project in various steps. Everyone has certain steps that bring them fulfillment and energy, and other steps that drain their energy. This workshop describes the model and how to apply it, with or without the assessment results.
Living Out Your Priorities In my experience with clients in all types of industries, I’ve found that many founders have an ever-growing tally list of to-dos. What many lack is the ability, or even the framework, to truly prioritize the list. This workshop offers a couple of different options on how to prioritize and be more productive, while not becoming overwhelmed.
Adversity to Advantage – 11 Perspective Principles about Crisis Let’s face it, we live in a world that has a faster pace every year. As leaders, we hope for some type of certainty in our daily routines. However, if we have learned nothing else in the past 5-10 years, it is that adversity and crisis are always a possibility. In Adversity to Advantage, we discuss 11 principles to keep front and center to provide clarity to your people in the midst of uncertainty.
The Meeting Advantage I grew up working for my dad at our family-owned John Deere dealership. From my first day at that job all the way through my college career, I despised meetings. It didn’t matter if they were for work, or sports, or any other activity, they just seemed to waste time. However, in my endeavors as a leadership coach, I have learned that there are different reasons for meetings and that meetings, when utilized correctly, can greatly increase overall performance and productivity.
The Foundation of Values – Identifying the Ideal Team Player and Instilling Culture Many organizational gurus and consultants talk about mission, values, culture, and vision.
Unfortunately, too many teams settle for a list of words on a wall and call it good. In this workshop, we discuss how to identify core values with a fun activity. We then use those values as pillars to measure every decision within the organization. From hiring to firing, we also use the core values to instill a culture that sets our company apart from others.
Enhance Employee Engagement Despite the unending responsibilities that employees can perform, there are 3 keys that help keep employees engaged in their work. Learn these keys and how apply them to extinguish job misery and maximize employee engagement in your organization.
Investment Summary (Total Dollars):
$1125 for 3 workshops to facilitate on Saturday, August 9, 2025 $160 for mileage Total = $1285
This constitutes the entire agreement between both parties.
