About this file

This document is an Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) state contract indefinite delivery vehicle for lift trucks, with Cincinnati Lift Truck & Battery Service as the primary vendor. The contract covers multiple types of lift trucks including electric, light duty diesel, medium duty diesel, and heavy duty diesel models, with pricing and specifications detailed for each category.

The contract offers Hangcha brand lift trucks with prices ranging from $32,250 for a light duty diesel model to $75,800 for a heavy duty diesel model. Each lift truck category includes detailed specifications, compliance requirements, and optional configurations such as different mast heights, tire types, and fork lengths. The contract allows for monthly inventory updates, provides standard manufacturer warranties, and includes service locations in Ohio. There are no specified or guaranteed quantities to be purchased, giving ODOT flexibility in procurement. The vendor must provide comprehensive documentation, including owner's manuals and options lists, and all equipment must meet minimum specifications set by ODOT.
