Text version
Amendment one (1) to Solicitation DJJK-09-RFP-0585 is issued for four reasons:
- Add provision 52.225-6, Trade Agreements Act to Section I
- Modify Provision L.10 to reschedule site visit due to inclement weather preventing the originally scheduled site visit. The revised date is 10 March @ 10:00 AM – all other terms of L.10 remain unchanged. Any interested parties who did not register in time initially, may do so by virtue of this amendment. The cut-off date for registration is 06 March 2009 @ 1630 - no exceptions shall be granted. For those vendors who are currently registered, there is no need to register again, unless of course, substitution of names is necessary.
NOTE for Site Visit Participants: Please be aware the Patrick Henry Building is a high security building and there are certain requirements you must meet in order to access the building:
Please arrive at the building at least 15 minutes early and check in at the guard’s desk in the lobby. Please be on time! Anyone who arrives after 10:00 a.m. will not be allowed to attend the meeting.
When you check in at the guard’s desk, inform them you are there to attend the ENRD site visit meeting and that your name is on the pre-approved access list. ENRD staff will be in the lobby to assist you and escort you to the meeting room.
Provide the guard with TWO forms of identification. One ID must be a government issued ID with a photograph such as a driver’s license or a passport. The other ID can be a credit card or work ID.
The guard will give you an identification sticker which you must wear in plain site at all times. You will also be required to go through an “X-ray” machine before going up to the meeting room.
When you are escorted back to the lobby at the end of the meeting, you must return your security sticker to the guard as you leave.
The site visit shall be limited to areas within the PHB only (three floors) and not the full spectrum of buildings within the D.C. metropolitan area.
- Modify Provision L.1 (when RFP questions are due) to 13 March 2009 at 11:00 AM. Earlier submission of questions are welcomed.
- Provision L.3.1 (Proposal Due date) remains unchanged. All proposals are due by 2:00 PM on 31 March 2009.
