About this file

This document is a letter from the Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office (SPO), issued by State Procurement Administrator David Steuber on February 23rd, 2024. The letter is addressed to Gina Corwin of the Arizona Department of Health Services (DHS) and concerns a temporary increase in procurement delegation authority.

The letter grants DHS a temporary procurement delegation of $25,000,000 specifically for solicitation BMP005681, the Well Woman Health Check Program. Due to Corwin's current limited delegation authority as Compliance, Finance, and Procurement Manager, her procurement authority is temporarily increased to the full $25,000,000 amount. This increased delegation is effective immediately and will remain in place until the project's completion or June 30th, 2029, whichever occurs first. The State Procurement Administrator retains the right to revoke or modify this delegation at any time, in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code R2-7-202.

To: Gina Corwin From: David Steuber, State Procurement Administrator Cc: SPO Compliance Re: Temporary Increase in Delegation

Gina Corwin, The State Procurement Office (SPO) temporarily grants the Arizona Department of Health Services (DHS) a temporary procurement delegation of $25,000,000 in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code R2-7-202.

The agency presented to the State Procurement Office a need for an increase in delegated authority in order to allow DHS to award and oversee solicitation BMP005681 Well Woman Health Check Program for the Arizona Department of Health Services.

Due to Corwin’s current, limited delegation authority of Compliance, Finance, and Procurement Manager, we hereby increase Corwin’s delegated authority for this commodity/service to the delegated amount of $25,000,000 for the completion of this project, or June 30th, 2029, whichever comes first.

This change in authority is effective as of today and shall remain in effect unless otherwise revised, pursuant to the requirements described in this letter. Your authority may be revoked or modified by the State Procurement Administrator or his designee at any time.
